We know how stressful undergoing surgery can be, so at KRMC we make our best effort to provide a safe and comfortable experience. With highly-skilled staff and advanced technologies, KRMC is a leading provider of surgical services in the region. In fact, over 400 surgical procedures are performed here every month.
Providing Safe and Effective Care
Using advanced technology, our skilled surgical staff use minimally invasive techniques whenever possible. This results in shorter surgery and recovery time. Our approaches also minimize scarring, blood loss, and the chance for infection and complications.
Our surgery staff works in harmony with infection control and sterile processing to minimize the chance for infections. This has resulted in a surgical infection rate far better than the national average. In addition, we have shown our commitment to patient safety by adopting national surgical safety goals.
Our surgery department has been expanded to accommodate additional demand. We have added three surgical suites, seven recovery beds and 14 outpatient procedure stations. In addition, we have increased the size of our professional and medical staff.
