Invest in Your Health at the Men's Health Fair!
On Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, from 4:30 pm to 7 pm Kingman Regional Medical Center will host a Men’s Health and Nutrition fair. This event will take place at the KRMC Hualapai Mountain Campus, located at 3801 Santa Rosa Drive.
Over 20 community organizations will participate in the event, offering screenings and information to enhance the health and well-being of men in our community. Attendees will get tips on various health topics, including:
· Nutrition
· Maintaining a healthy weight
· Smoking cessation
· Physical activity
The event is free and open to the public, including refreshments!
